Writing desk completely in solid wood, characterised by visible dovetail joints connecting the top and the sides in an elliptic form. The three drawers are also assembled with dovetail joints, while the solid wood legs are characterised by an helicoid shape.

Finish: base of natural oil / wax of vegetable origin with pine extracts.

  • Designer

    Claudio Bellini 

    Claudio Bellini (born 1963) is an Italian-born architect and designer based in Milan. His activities range from architecture and urban planning to product and furniture design for Italian and international companies. 
    In 1990 he graduated from the Politecnico di Milano and immediately after his studies he embarked on a series of international experiences, taking part in research projects in the fields of industrial, architecture and furniture design. His expertise in office furniture as well as his collaboration with well known international companies make him on of the most influential designers today. 
    In 2003 he became art director for Barazzoni and he turned the company into one of the most successful companies in Italy in the sector of kitchen tools. 
    In 2006 Bellini founded the Claudio Bellini Design+Design where he mostly contacts technological research and studies on the potential use of new materials. He designs products and furniture for leading Italian and international companies. Since 2005 he has held lectures and conferences in Design and Furniture Design in Genoa Polytechnic and all over the world and his work has been extensively published. He has won many prizes, among which the Red Dot and iF product design award. He has been also selected for the prestigious Compasso d’Oro.
